WILBRAHAM, Mass. (January 14, 2008) - Friendly Ice Cream Corporation has announced the following appointments to its Marketing Department and Human Resource Department:
Eileen Mastrio - Senior Director, Brand Marketing, Marketing Department
Eileen Mastrio has been appointed to the position of Senior Director, Brand Marketing. Eileen joined Friendly's in June 2000 in the Retail Business Unit. In her new position Eileen will be responsible for development of the Friendly's brand and development of marketing programs. She is a graduate of Bentley College.
Jane Amico - Director, Field Marketing, Marketing Department
Jane Amico has been appointed to the position of Director, Field Marketing. Jane comes to Friendly's from Dunkin' Brands, Inc. where she held the position of Field Marketing Manager. Jane will have the responsibility of leading a Field Marketing team of three who will develop and implement marketing strategic programs for Friendly's restaurants system wide. She is a graduate of St. Lawrence University.
Melissa Cassarino - Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Department
Melissa Cassarino has been appointed to the position of Human Resources Manager. Melissa comes to Friendly's from Boston Market, where she held the position of Human Resource Manager. Melissa will be responsible for supporting restaurant personnel in parts of Massachusetts, Connecticut, Virginia and New York. Melissa holds a Bachelor Degree from the State University NY at Brockport.
