Restaurant Offers Delicious Burgers, Melts and Ice Cream Creations

WILBRAHAM, MA (November 28, 2007) -- Friendly's Restaurants celebrates the opening of a new franchised restaurant in Harrisburg, PA located at 4601 High Pointe Boulevard. The restaurant opened on Monday, November 19, 2007. The hours of operation are 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. seven days a week.

The restaurant is owned by TICC, Inc. of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. Stacy Smith, Owner, says, "We are excited to be a part of the Harrisburg community and are opening at a great time of the year. We invite everyone to come in for a break from the hustle and bustle of the shopping season and have some great food and ice cream."

Guests at the Harrisburg Friendly's can enjoy some old-time Friendly's favorites like Big Beef® Burgers or Fribble®s or try the new Southwest Grilled Chicken Wrap or Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla. Guests can also top off their meal with a sundae from the mouth-watering ice cream menu, which includes the delicious Reese's Peanut Butter Cup™ Sundae or the Forbidden Fudge Brownie Sundae.

The restaurant employs approximately 120 full and part-time people. Geoff Jordan, the General Manager of the new restaurant, has over 30 years in the restaurant industry.

James Sullivan, vice president, franchising and development, for Friendly's Restaurants said, "Jeff and Stacy own and operate six other Friendly's restaurants, so they know how to provide a great experience for all of their guests. This is a beautiful new restaurant with 180 seats, a small game room for the kids and local artwork on the walls."
