WILBRAHAM, Mass. (November 8, 2007) -- 4th Day Hospitality, a Friendly's franchisee, is teaming up with the Western Ohio Junior Football Conference to sponsor the "Friendly's Bowl" on November 18, 2007.

The tournament is a blind draw tournament that is drawn prior to the start of the season and is held annually at Dayton's Welcome Stadium. The Western Ohio Junior Football Conference "Friendly's Bowl" tournament day begins at 10 a.m. with the Bantam Division Championship game and continues throughout the day with the fourth, fifth, and sixth grade championship games every two hours.

The goal of the Western Ohio Junior Football Conference is to provide a common affiliation among youth football organizations and to promote the welfare, safety, growth sportsmanship, fair play and good citizenship among its participants. The Conference consists of 17 football clubs from 17 cities in the counties of Montgomery, Greene, Dark, Clark, Clinton and Warren and has 5000 players and over 2,000 coaches/sideline personnel and board members. Past members of the clubs include, Matt Light of the New England Patriots, Nick Mangold and Mike Nugent of The New York Jets, AJ Hawk of the The Green Bay Packers, and Marcus Freeman of the Ohio State Buckeyes.

"The Western Ohio Junior Football Conference as a youth organization realizes the importance of selecting a credible sponsor and is excited to have Friendly's on board as they place the same value on family and fun as the conference," said Douglas Davidson, Western Ohio Junior Football Conference Chairman.

Kevin Peyton, owner of 4th Day Hospitality, LLC, stated, "The Western Ohio Junior Football Conference is a great organization lead by terrific volunteers. We share their passion for the community and their support for the kids. The 2007 Friendly's Bowl is a great place for us to celebrate people in these 17 communities."
