AS THE WEATHER WARMS UP, ICE CREAM ROLLS OUT Friendly's Introduces Cool Dinosaur Dig and Party Roll Desserts WILBRAHAM, MA (May 4, 2004) - When the weather turns warm, it's time for cool desserts. Just about everyone's favorite treat on a balmy day is ice cream. Two brand new ice cream rolls from Friendly's offer yummy combinations of flavors and textures, fun shapes, festive colors, and slice and serve convenience. Friendly's new Dinosaur Dig roll invites the young and young at heart to explore a fantasy world of tempting flavors and magical eggs. Its Vanilla Ice Cream is loaded with speckled chocolate dinosaur eggs and surrounded by Chocolate Ice Cream with chocolate-coated crunchies. Topping it off are a green ice cream ribbon, blue marshmallow rivers, green sprinkle grass, dinosaur confetti candies and more chocolate dinosaur eggs. The Dinosaur Dig makes an irresistible kids' birthday dessert that will appeal to moms and dads as well. The elegant Party Roll is equally at home at a backyard barbeque or a dinner celebration. It starts with rich Chocolate Ice Cream in the center surrounded by creamy Vanilla Ice Cream with chocolate coated "crunchies." The Party Roll is topped by more chocolaty crunchies, a blue vanilla ice cream ribbon, rainbow chocolate chips and drizzled fudge.
